In her professional role at JetBlue as the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Massiel embodies the company's mission to inspire humanity. Her work is integral to the heart of JetBlue's brand, contributing to a culture of inspiration that begins with the crewmembers and extends to every customer interaction.

Massiel's has experience with the Women in Leadership Institute and SHRM Women in Leadership Institute. Her leadership and expertise not only contribute to her current roles but also make her a role model for aspiring women in aviation.

With a remarkable career spanning over 37 years in the aviation industry, Laura Spolar currently serves as an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor at United Airlines, based in Orlando, FL. Her dedication to the field began in 1986 with Piedmont Airlines, where she juggled responsibilities as a part-time ramp agent while earning her A&P certificates.

Transitioning to Continental Airlines in 2003, Laura ascended the ranks to become a Supervisor, overseeing complex maintenance operations in line with regulatory and company protocols.

A staunch advocate for women in aviation, Laura is a former President and the current Secretary of our Women in Aviation Central Florida Chapter. She has been instrumental in organizing the Annual Girls in Aviation Day, aimed at inspiring the next generation of female aviation professionals.

Laura is also a founding member and coach of United’s trailblazing all-female AMT team, Chix Fix. The team made history at the MRO Americas AMC competition and continues to break barriers, with upcoming appearances slated for 2023.

Jaimie is an aspiring student pilot waiting for their medical clearance, they channel their creative flair into being a tattoo artist by day and plotting their flight path to becoming an instructor by night.

Deeply committed to the aviation community, they're always looking for ways to contribute and make a difference. This passion also took flight with the launch of AeroChic, a women's pilot supply company aimed at supporting and empowering women pilots, proving that the sky's the limit for everyone.

Ana Benet's journey into the skies began the moment she laid eyes on her first airplane, igniting a lifelong passion for flight. With unwavering determination, she achieved her dream, becoming a certificated flight instructor specialized in single-engine, multi-engine, and instrument ratings. Over three decades, Ana has guided countless students, sharing her expertise and love for aviation.

Beyond teaching, Ana owns two airplanes and is an active member of the Experimental Aircraft Association, engaging with a community that shares her enthusiasm. Her dedication to aviation extended to serving as a pilot in the U.S. Air Force, and she has played a pivotal role in aerospace innovation with Northrop, Virgin Galactic, and Stratolaunch.

Currently, Ana pilots for Southwest Airlines, reveling in the variety and adventure of crisscrossing the nation. Her adventurous spirit also leads her beneath the waves, exploring marine life through SCUBA diving. Ana Benet is more than a pilot; she embodies the spirit of aviation, living a life defined by her passion for flight and exploration.

Lisa has dedicated 25 years to serving as a flight attendant with Southwest Airlines, where her passion for aviation flourishes. Beyond her career, she's committed to volunteering and bringing aviation programs to schools, aiming to empower young women with opportunities she missed in her youth.

An avid runner with a private pilot's license, Lisa dreams of becoming a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) to mentor the next generation of aviators. With a degree in Aviation Management from Western Michigan University, she's well on her way to transforming her dreams into reality, inspiring young minds to reach for the skies.
